Siemens SIPART PS2 – Boiler Air Damper Positioner Inspection
The vessel’s boiler air damper positioner was inspected, and the Siemens SIPART PS2 unit was installed and calibrated. Signal and movement tests confirmed that the positioner was operating correctly. The fault was traced to a downstream section of the system, where further troubleshooting will continue.
